Peach Galette


Salty vs. Sweet? Why choose one when you can have the best of the both worlds!? Peak peach season and our slight obsession with savory plates inspired this dish.  Every ingredient plays off the other ingredient perfectly. The peaches are a perfect counterpoint to the salty cured prosciutto and the rich creamy ricotta  balances out the aromatic and bitter basil leaves. Top it all off with a sweet but subtle drizzle of honey and salt and pepper to taste, OH PEACHES, you’ll wish you made more!

Consider yourself warned that it will get devoured. So make a lot and enjoy!
